Design build is the method of project delivery we use. It means that Home Sweet Home, solely as one entity, works under a single contract with the home/business owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion. This means our clients have clear communication, efficiency and consistent information throughout the project. It is a completely turnkey process for the owner from idea to finished reality!  

There are four major stages of our design build process. We want our clients to understand exactly what we do along the way. We know remodeling is not something you do every day! Our goal is to clearly communicate our process so you know what to expect.
